Michigan defeated Iowa, 59-52, to win the first game of the 2010 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament and advance to a meeting with top seed Ohio State tomorrow afternoon.

Next up is No. 7 Northwestern vs. No. 10 Indiana.
