It's Semifinal Saturday at the Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament, with tonight's first tip scheduled at 5 p.m. ET.  No. 2 seed Michigan State will battle No. 3 Iowa, while top-seeded Ohio State will face No. 4 Wisconsin.

This year's semifinals mark just the third time in the 16-year history of the Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament that the top four seeds advanced to the semifinals. 

In 2005, No. 1 Ohio State, No. 2 Michigan State, No. 3 Penn State and No. 4 Minnesota all advanced, while in 2000, top-seed Penn State, followed by Michigan, Purdue and Illinois advanced to semifinal play.

Both Iowa and Wisconsin are hoping to find their first Big Ten Tournament victory over Michigan State and Ohio State, respectively.  In two wins, the Spartans have defeated the Hawkeyes by a combined 46 points, while Ohio State has outscored the Badgers 212-165 in three tournament wins.
