Dorian Shaw, Michigan

Shaw was perfect on the weekend for the Wolverines, going 3-for-3 from the plate with two walks and a hit by pitch in two games against Wisconsin. The junior finished with two singles on Saturday, driving in a pair of runs, and scoring two more in five-inning Michigan win. She followed that effort with a three-RBI outing on Sunday, two coming off a first-inning double and one on a walk, in an 8-0 Michigan win. Shaw finished the weekend with a 1.333 slugging percentage, giving her an OPS of 2.333 as the junior claims her second weekly honor this season and of her career.

Pitcher of the Week
Nikki Nemitz, Michigan
Sr., St. Clair Shores, Mich./Regina

The Wolverine senior pitched five shutout innings over the weekend as Michigan defeated the visiting Wisconsin Badgers, 8-0, on Sunday afternoon. Nemitz earned the victory, allowing just one hit while striking out six as she won her ninth-straight start and improved her record to 11-3 on the season. The Michigan left-hander earns Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honors for the first time this season and the seventh overall in her career.
