SB: The Future is Bright

The Amateur Softball Association (ASA) of America announced the 18 athletes who have been selected for the 2010 USA Softball Women's Futures National Team.

Michigan's Jordan Taylor has been selected as a member of the 2010 team. Taylor is a junior right-handed pitcher for the Wolverines.
Northwestern head coach Kate Drohan will serve as the head coach of the USA Futures National Team. Drohan is in her ninth season at the helm of the Wildcat program.

The Futures Team will kick off the season with exhibition games against the 2010 USA Softball Women's National Team in Canton and Ashland, Ohio, June 16-17.
