The Big Ten is tied for the lead among all conferences with three players named to the USA Men's Select Team. Illinois' Mike Tisdale, Purdue's JaJuan Johnson and Wisconsin's Jon Leuer have accepted invitations from USA Basketball to participate on another USA Men's Select Team that will train against 2010 USA Men's World Championship Team finalists during training in New York City.
