The Big Ten Conference named Illinois' Colin Mickow and Michigan State's Aaron Simoneau as its men's cross country Co-Runners of the Week on Tuesday. Mickow finished second at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships, while Simoneau took first at the Spartan Invitational.
