Ohio State maintained its spot atop the Big Ten women's soccer standings after another weekend of conference play, pushing its Big Ten record to 6-0-0 with wins over Wisconsin on Friday and No. 15 Minnesota on Sunday. Wisconsin rebounded with a win over Penn State on Sunday to remain in second behind the Buckeyes.

Michigan and Michigan State each posted back-to-back wins over the weekend, with the Wolverines earning their first wins of the Big Ten season. The Spartans picked up a non-conference win over Oakland on Thursday before taking a 1-0 decision against Northwestern on Sunday. No. 17 Illinois earned a win against Iowa in its lone contest of the week.
