Lavender claims her fourth Big Ten Player of the Week honor this season, moving into a tie for the most career Player of the Week selections in conference history with 17. The senior averaged 18.0 points and 19.5 rebounds this week, highlighted by her effort in a victory over Indiana on Wednesday. Lavender scored 22 points, hauled in a career-high 22 rebounds, and added five assists versus the Hoosiers. The 22 rebounds are tied for the sixth-most in a game in Big Ten history and the most by any conference player this season. Against Iowa on Saturday, Lavender finished with 14 points, 17 rebounds, four blocks and a steal in 39 minutes of play.

Freshman of the Week:
Courtney Moses, Purdue

Moses is named Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the fourth-straight week and fifth time this season after averaging 15.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists as Purdue went 2-0 in conference action last week. In Thursday's one-point win over Michigan, the freshman drained six three-point shots and finished with 22 points, five rebounds and three steals. In the Boilermakers' contest against Indiana on Sunday, Moses recorded nine points, five assists, four rebounds, four steals and a block, which came in the final seconds to deny a potential game-tying three-pointer.
