Michigan climbed to the top of the USA Softball and National Fastpitch Coaches Association polls on Tuesday. The Wolverines enter this week's action with a 39-3 record, including a 7-1 mark in conference play. Michigan has been ranked among the nation's top 10 for most of the season, climbing to the No. 1 spot in both polls after be ranked second a week ago.
Indiana is also receiving votes this week, appearing outside the USA Softball Top 25.
