Five Big Ten women's golf teams appear in the Golfweek/Sagarin top 50 rankings, with Purdue again holding top-five status nationally. The Boilermakers rank fourth in the country, followed by No. 22 Michigan State. Ohio State sits at No. 31 this week, while Minnesota checks in at No. 37 and Northwestern ranks 39th. Four individual Big Ten golfers have also earned top-50 status, as Purdue's Numa Gulyanamitta ranks 20th nationally, teammate Laura Gonzalez-Escallon follows closely at No. 21, Michigan State's Caroline Powers holds No. 32 in the country and the Boilermakers' Maude-Aimee LeBlanc ranks 44th.
