Three Big Ten women's basketball standouts have been selected to the 2011 USA Basketball Women's World University Games Team Trials Roster, USA Basketball announced on Monday. Iowa's Jaime Printy and Penn State's Alex Bentley and Maggie Lucas will try out for the Team USA roster from May 22-25 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The initial roster will be trimmed to 12 following the team trials. Training for the World University Games will begin July 31 in preparation for the Games in Shenzhen, China, held Aug. 14-21.
