Three Big Ten teams and one individual golfer travel to Bryan, Texas, this week to compete in the 2011 NCAA Women's Golf Championships. Minnesota, Ohio State and Purdue each qualified for the championships by virtue of their top-eight regional finish, while Michigan State's Caroline Powers made the cut based on her individual finish at regionals.
The championships, hosted by Texas A&M University, will be held at the Traditions Club. The par-72, 6,260-yard course will host 24 teams and six individuals during the tournament, which begins on Wednesday and runs through Saturday. All participants will compete through all four rounds.
