The College Football Performance Awards for the 10th week of the season have been announced with three Big Ten players earning recognition. The Wisconsin due of Montee Ball and Chris Borland were named the National Running Back and Linebacker of the Week, respectively, while Minnesota's Da'Jon McKnight was tabbed as the National Wide Receiver of the Week. The purpose of the College Football Performance Awards is to provide the most scientifically rigorous conferments in college football. Recipients are selected exclusively based upon objective scientific rankings of the extent to which individual players increase the overall effectiveness of their teams.
