Minnesota remained the top-ranked wrestling team in the nation in the final NWCA/USA Today Division I Coaches Poll of the season, earning nine of the 10 first-place votes en route to the top ranking. The other eight ranked Big Ten teams remained in the same spots as last week, with Penn State checking in at No. 2, Iowa holding No. 4, and Illinois rounding out the top five at No. 5. Ohio State ranks sixth, followed by No. 8 Nebraska in the top 10. Michigan holds No. 14, while No. 18 Northwestern and No. 25 Purdue round out the top 25 entering this weekend's Big Ten Championships.
