Wisconsin defeated Montana, 73-49, Indiana beat New Mexico State, 79-66, and Ohio State upended Loyola Maryland, 78-59, giving the Big Ten a 3-0 start in NCAA Tournament action. Big Ten teams averaged 76.7 points per game and defeated opponents by an average of 18.7 points on Thursday.

After a four year absence, Indiana is making its NCAA tournament return last longer than just one brief appearance. Jordan Hulls went on a second-half shooting spree and finished with 22 points, and the fourth-seeded Hoosiers rolled to an impressive 79-66 win over New Mexico State in the second-round of the South Regional on Thursday night.
