Illinois freshman Ashley Spencer has been added to The Bowerman Watch list, an award given annually to the most outstanding male and female collegiate track & field athlete, joining Ohio State's Christina Manning for the prestigious honor.
Spencer recorded three first-place finishes at the Big Ten Championships last weekend, including the 200- and 400-meter dash events and 4x400-meter relay.
