Michigan State 68, NC State 51
Three Michigan State players scored in double-figures, led by 21 points by Klarissa Bell, to lead the Spartans to a 68-51 road victory over NC State on Thursday. The Spartans used a 16-2 run early in the second half to pull away from the host Wolfpack. RECAP

Illinois 95, Wake Forest 82
Illinois finished the game on a 27-12 run that included 14 points from senior Karisma Penn and eight from sophomore Ivory Crawford to pull away for a 95-82 victory over Wake Forest in the sixth-annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The victory pushes Illinois' season record to 4-2 and its all-time mark in the Challenge to 3-3. However, the ACC took the Challenge victory, going 7-5 against the Big Ten. RECAP

Virginia 90, Minnesota 68
Despite getting double-digit scoring performances from Rachel Banham, Sari Noga and Kayla Hirt, the University of Minnesota (6-2) women's basketball team dropped its ACC/Big Ten Challenge game to Virginia (5-1), 68-90, Thursday night at Williams Arena. RECAP

Miami (Fla.) 69, Penn State 65
The #6/7 Penn State Lady Lions (5-1) battled turnover trouble and rallied late, but Miami (4-1) got a bucket from Suriya McGuire and two free throws from Michelle Woods to earn a 69-65 win in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge Thursday night. Junior guard Maggie Lucas (Narberth, Pa.) posted her fourth 20-point game of the season with 20 markers, including the game-tying three-pointer with 23 seconds left. RECAP
