In a game featuring 16 lead changes and four ties, the University of Michigan men's basketball team used a 14-2 second-half run to pull away and knock off the Purdue Boilermakers, 68-53, Thursday at Crisler Center. The Maize and Blue outscored Purdue, 36-20, in the second half while shooting 54 percent from the floor (14-of-26) over the final 20 minutes. Four Wolverines scored in double figures, with sophomore guard Trey Burke scoring 15, junior guard Tim Hardaway Jr. notching 13, and freshman guard Nik Stauskas and freshman forward Glenn Robinson III each tallying 12. Burke also added eight assists, while Robinson led the team with nine rebounds. RECAP
