Penn State 69, Purdue 61
The #8/8 Penn State Lady Lions (18-3, 8-1 Big Ten) used a key 10-0 run in the final stages of the game to knock off the #13/11 Purdue Boilermakers (18-4, 7-2) by a count of 69-61 on Monday night in the Bryce Jordan Center. Penn State moves into sole possession of first place in the Big Ten standings with the victory. Additionally, the win extends the Lady Lions' home court winning streak to 17 games and snaps a five-game home court losing streak to Purdue. Junior Maggie Lucas led all Penn State scorers with 17 points to go along with six rebounds and three steals, while senior Alex Bentley added 13 points. The backcourt duo each eclipsed the 1,600-point mark for their careers, becoming just the 10th and 11th Penn State players ever to accomplish the feat. Senior Mia Nickson scored 11 points to go with four rebounds and three steals in the win. Junior Talia East was strong off the bench for the Lady Lions, scoring nine points and grabbing six rebounds in just 12 minutes of action. Michigan State 61, Michigan 46

Becca Mills provided a lift with 12 points off the bench and Courtney Schiffauer provided passion along with nine points and nine rebounds to help the Spartans beat the Wolverines 61-46 Monday night. Michigan State has won 12 straight in the series and 20 of the last 21 matchups, a stretch of dominance that is very important to the Spartans. Junior guard Klarissa Bell had nine points and four assists, Nya Jordan totaled 13 points and 10 rebounds, Rachel Sheffer scored 12 points and Kate Thompson chipped in 11. RECAP
