Trailing 4-3 with two outs in the bottom of the eighth, sophomore David Kerian tied the game with an RBI single to left, and two pitches later, redshirt-sophomore Reid Roper belted the game-winning home run to right field. Fifth-year senior Bryan Roberts secured Illinois' 6-4 victory over Purdue with a perfect ninth, notching his third save and 12th scoreless inning of relief this season. RECAP

MICHIGAN 3, PENN STATE 2
Michigan made three early runs hold up with 3.2 innings of scoreless relief in a 3-2 win over Penn State on Saturday afternoon at the Wilpon Complex, home of Ray Fisher Stadium. Michigan has now won eight games in a row and nine of its last 10. RECAP

MICHIGAN STATE 6, INDIANA 5
Sophomore Jimmy Pickens homered to right field in the bottom of the 10th inning, giving Michigan State a 6-5 win over No. 12 Indiana on Saturday afternoon at McLane Stadium. OHIO STATE 6, NEBRASKA 5
Ohio State outlasted Nebraska in 11 innings, winning 6-5 Saturday afternoon in front of 4,076 spectators at Haymarket Park. The Buckeyes improve to 22-11 overall and 6-5 in the Big Ten while Nebraska falls to 14-18 and 8-3 in the Big Ten. RECAP

Minnesota solidified a series win when it defeated Northwestern, 6-3, today in Evanston, Ill. With a 4-2 win on Friday and a 6-3 win today, the Golden Gophers have now won their first three Big Ten Conference series as they improve to 6-2 in the league and 21-13 overall. RECAP

Kansas State 11, IOWA 4
Iowa fell to Kansas State, 11-4, on Saturday at Duane Banks Field in the second game of a three-game set. The Wildcats (25-11) offense came alive, scoring 11 runs on 17 hits, after scoring one run on seven hits in the series opener Friday night. RECAP
