Wisconsin 5, Indiana 2
It came down to the wire as the Badgers came up big in the seventh inning at Indiana Saturday afternoon. Wisconsin scored four runs in the top of the seventh to earn a 5-2 victory over the Hoosiers and sweep the three-game Big Ten series. RECAP

Penn State 6, Iowa 5
For the second time in two days, Penn State softball used one explosive inning to grab a victory over Iowa, this time a 6-5 decision. The Nittany Lions (14-30, 4-14 Big Ten) put up six runs in the third and held on to edge the Hawkeyes (25-23, 4-15 Big Ten) Saturday afternoon at Pearl Field in Iowa City, Iowa, for their third-consecutive win. Illinois 10, Michigan State
The Fighting Illini extended their winning streak to seven games this afternoon, clinching their third-straight Big Ten series victory with a 10-2 defeat of Michigan State in six innings. Five Illini had multi-hit performances as the Illini tied their season high with 13 base hits in the game. Illinois improves to 18-25 (8-11 Big Ten), while MSU's eight-game skid drops them below .500 to 21-22 (7-8 Big Ten). RECAP

Northwestern 4, Purdue 1
On Senior Weekend at Northwestern, senior Megan Lamberth (Wildwood, Mo./Lafayette) spun a masterful performance from the circle in a 4-1 win over Purdue Saturday at Sharon J. Drysdale Field. Northwestern improves to 27-18 overall on the season, 11-7 in the Big Ten with its win. Purdue now is 22-27 on the year, 8-11 in the conference after its loss. Lamberth (9-5) scattered eight hits against no walks with a season-best five strikeouts to move to 9-5 on the season. She allowed just the one run on the tight play at the plate in the seventh inning. RECAP

Michigan 5, Nebraska 3
A four-run seventh inning, keyed by Lauren Sweet's two-run single, gave the No. 9 University of Michigan softball team a 5-3 comeback win over No. 20 Nebraska today at Bowlin Stadium. With the bases loaded, Sweet fell behind 1-2 before working the count full. She drove a single back through the middle, scoring Lane and Lawrence to give Michigan its first lead of the game. Minnesota 7, Ohio State 2
Minnesota won its 30th game of the season, as the Gophers defeated Ohio State by a score of 7-2 on Saturday afternoon at Buckeye Field to clinch its three-game weekend series against OSU. It marks the first time Minnesota has won 30 or more games in three straight seasons since reaching the mark 2002-04. RECAP
