The top-ranked Minnesota men's hockey team used a natural hat trick by junior winger Sam Warning to erase a 2-0 deficit en route to a 4-2 triumph over Ohio State on Hockey Day Minnesota at Mariucci Arena Saturday evening. Warning became the first Gopher to record three consecutive goals since Jay Barriball accomplished the feat Oct. 9, 2010, in a 5-4 opening-weekend win over Massachusetts. RECAP

MICHIGAN STATE 3, PENN STATE 2
Lee Reimer's goal at 3:41 of the third period snapped a 2-2 tie and lifted the Spartans to a 3-2 win over Penn State on Saturday night at Munn Arena. The victory gave the Spartans their first Big Ten sweep as they improved to 8-10-3 overall and 2-2-2-2 in conference play. RECAP
