Indiana 5, Iowa 3
After being shut down for the first seven innings, No. 23 Indiana saw their bats come alive to plate five runs in the eighth inning and come away with a 5-3 victory on Monday afternoon at Duane Banks Field. Evan Bell pitched three innings of two hit, scoreless relief to improve to 2-0 this season and Brad Hartong delivered the go-ahead 2-run double in the decisive eighth inning. Earlier in the inning, Sam Travis came up with his second hit of the day to plate Casey Rodrigue from third base to tie the game. Dating back to the end of the 2013 regular season, when Indiana won the last two regular season games at Ohio State, the Hoosiers have now won eight straight conference road games. RECAP
