Current golf coaches
After winning the Big Ten Medal of Honor for their careers in women's golf, Michigan State's Aimee Neff and Caroline Powers are currently pursuing coaching careers for their respective schools. Neff, who won the award in 2011, is in her first season as the assistant coach for the Spartans. She was a first-team All-Big Ten selection and helped Michigan State win its ninth Big Ten Championship in 2011. Powers, a volunteer assistant coach for the Spartans, was the Big Ten Player of the Year in 2013. She helped Michigan State win two Big Ten Championships (2011-12) and earned first-team All-Big Ten honors three times. Powers holds the school record with a 74.26 career stroke average.
