After a stunning loss, the Indiana Hoosiers were on a mission to reaffirm just how good they were. There was no questioning their ability Sunday. Victor Oladipo scored a career-high 26 points, Cody Zeller added 24 and Christian Watford 20 to lead No. 1 Indiana back from a demoralizing loss to a huge road win in beating No. 10 Ohio State 81-68 on Sunday. ''It was putting teams away, playing to win and not just playing for the time to run out,'' Zeller said of the lessons learned from an upset loss at Illinois on Thursday. ''So, we made that adjustment pretty well.'' RECAP

Illinois 57, Minnesota 53
Tyler Griffey capped a terrific week for Illinois with 16 points, and the Fighting Illini went 11 for 23 from 3-point range in a 57-53 win over No. 18 Minnesota on Sunday night. Three days after Griffey's buzzer-beating layup gave Illinois (17-8, 4-7) a 74-72 victory over No. 1 Indiana, Tracy Abrams swished a step-back 3-pointer with 18 seconds left to stretch the lead over Minnesota to four. Abrams came off the bench for the first time this season after failing to score against the Hoosiers. D.J. Richardson had 13 points and Brandon Paul added 10 points for the Illini, who ended a 10-game losing streak on the road against ranked Big Ten teams. Iowa 71, Northwestern 57
In Saturday's 71-57 victory over Northwestern, the University of Iowa men's basketball team got a win it needed, and junior Roy Devyn Marble had a performance he needed. After two excruciating road losses against Minnesota and Wisconsin, where Marble netted a combined two points, the junior guard broke out with a 21-point scoring output, making 8-of-13 shots from the floor and all four free throw attempts. He also finished the game with five assists and five rebounds in 30 minutes. "I've been feeling like I was going to play like this the last 3-4 games and that's just how it happens sometimes," said Marble. "I am doing little things now to make the game easier for me and to help my teammates." RECAP

Michigan State 78, Purdue 65
Michigan State ignored the injuries and the foul trouble Saturday. Branden Dawson, Keith Appling and Derrick Nix refused to let the surging Spartans get slowed down by a couple of big hurdles. Dawson scored 20 points in another trip back to his home State, while Appling and Nix each finished with 17 points to lead No. 12 Michigan State past Purdue 78-65. "Do I have it figured out? I sure didn't yesterday when (Gary) Harris didn't practice and (Travis) Trice didn't practice," coach Tom Izzo said. "But one thing we do have is some inside-outside ability. We're not one-dimensional, like some of my teams have been. I'll figure it out when I get everyone back." Until then, the Spartans (20-4, 9-2 Big Ten) will continue to live by the simple formula that has them back on top of the toughest conference in the nation. RECAP

Wisconsin 65, Michigan 62 (OT)
When Ben Brust tied the game at the end of regulation with a shot just from just inside midcourt, his teammate Mike Bruesewitz looked over at Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan and saw something unusual. His coach had both his arms in the air. "You know when he shows some emotion, you've done something pretty special," Bruesewitz said. Brust hit a tie-breaking 3-pointer with less than 40 seconds left in overtime as Wisconsin beat No. 3 Michigan 65-62 on Saturday. "It was awesome, something I'll remember forever, and I'm sure a lot of people will," Brust said of the game. RECAP

Nebraska 67, Penn State 53
Dylan Talley had 16 points and seven rebounds, as Nebraska put together one of its best defensive efforts of the season in a 67-53 win over Penn State Saturday evening. Brandon Ubel joined Talley in double figures with 14 points and nine rebounds while Ray Gallegos added 11 points, including a trio of 3-pointers. The Huskers made a living at the foul line, setting season bests in free throws made (32) and attempted (41), while their 32 free throws was its highest total since 2005. RECAP
