Each conference team boasts at least two ranked wrestlers, with Iowa's eight ranked wrestlers leading the way. Purdue moves up six spots after taking down Missouri last weekend, climbing to No. 15. Michigan also earns a higher ranking this week, taking No. 16. No. 20 Northwestern and No. 22 Ohio State round out the contingent of ranked Big Ten teams. Wisconsin earns the highest InterMat Tournament Ranking out of the 11 conference teams, moving up two spots to No. 3. Iowa follows suit, moving up to No. 4, with No. 6 Minnesota, No. 7 Penn State and No. 9 Northwestern also appearing in the top 10. No. 11 Illinois and No. 15 Michigan each earn top-15 status, followed by No. 33 Purdue, No. 40 Indiana, No. 41 Ohio State and No. 45 Michigan State. Minnesota redshirt freshman Kevin Steinhaus has been named the Big Ten Wrestler of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday. Steinhaus, ranked 15th in the country at 184 pounds, earned three wins over the weekend, helping the No. 3 Golden Gophers to three dual victories.
