Sixty Big Ten wrestlers appear in the top 20 of their respective weight classes in the latest InterMat Tournament Rankings. After a weekend that resulted in a shake-up in the individual rankings, four Big Ten wrestlers boast No. 1 rankings. Minnesota's Zach Sanders takes over as the top-ranked 125-pounder, while Iowa's Montell Marion moves up to the top spot at 141. Big Ten wrestling again leads the nation with eight top-25 teams in the latest NWCA/USA Today Coaches Poll, released on Tuesday. Iowa maintains its No. 1 ranking, receiving eight of the 10 first-place votes, while Minnesota moves up one spot to No. 3 this week. Fifth-ranked Penn State, No. 6 Ohio State and No. 7 Illinois remain in the same slots as last week, while Michigan moves up one spot to No. 8. Northwestern checks in at No. 19 this week, while Nebraska holds its No. 21 ranking. Purdue is also receiving votes in the latest poll.

Eight Big Ten teams again decorate the the NWCA/USA Today Coaches Poll, with Iowa remaining in the No. 1 slot in this week's rankings. The poll's top 10 was unchanged from a week ago, giving the conference six top-10 squads again this week. Minnesota follows the Hawkeyes at No. 4, while Penn State rounds out the top five at No. 5. Sixth-ranked Ohio State, No. 7 Illinois and No. 9 Michigan earn top-10 status again in the latest poll, while Northwestern moves up a spot to No. 17 and Nebraska jumps three spots to No. 21. Purdue and Wisconsin are receiving votes in the poll.
