• Went 7-of-14 from the plate in four games last week, finishing the week with an .588 on-base percentage and a 1.214 slugging percentage for a combined 1.802 OPS
• Scored one run and had at least one hit and one RBI in each contest last week
• Recorded two hits against Pacific and in both games against Gonzaga, while also driving in two runs against then-No. 3 Oregon State
• Belted two of his three triples on the week in the season opener against Pacific, the first Husker with two triples in a game since 2002

• Held Auburn scoreless in six innings, allowing just four hits to earn the victory in the Buckeyes’ 1-0 triumph
• Surrendered just one walk while striking out three, helping Ohio State to a 2-0 start to the weekend
• Claims his first career Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honor
