Abraham batted .412 (7-for-17) with a .706 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base average as Michigan swept No. 29 Ohio State on the road. In Game 1 of the series, the sophomore broke a 4-4 tie in the 10th with a two-run double. The third baseman followed up his heroics by ripping a grand slam in the top of the first the next day. Abraham recorded two doubles and nine RBI in the four games.

Jaffee led the Boilermakers with a .588 (10-for-17) average as Purdue took three of four from Indiana over the weekend. The sophomore scored eight runs, drove in seven, belted two home runs and stole two bases as he slugged 1.000 and reached base at a .579 average. The right fielder set career highs in hits (4), runs scored (3), RBI (3) and total bases (8) in Game 3 of the series.

Stankiewicz led Illinois to a 1-0 win in Game 1 of a doubleheader on Saturday, tossing a one-hit complete game. The sophomore struck out a career-high seven in the outing, retiring the side on strikes in the seventh. The righty allowed just one runner past second all game and allowed two runners on base only once. Stankiewicz had three 3-ball counts all game, none after the second frame.
