Big Ten Baseball Weekly Release - May 1, 2012 
Purdue continues to hold a 3.5-game lead in the conference standings with a 14-4 record and is ranked in all the national polls, coming in as high as No. 11 this week.
The Boilermakers are ranked fifth in this week’s RPI report, followed by No. 51 Michigan State, No. 57 Illinois, No. 63 Ohio State and No. 80 Nebraska.
Five conference series highlight this weekend’s schedule, while Purdue heads west to play three games against UCLA, who enters this week with an RPI rating of fourth.
