White batted .563 (9-for-16) in Purdue's four-game set with Iowa over the weekend, driving in nine runs and scoring seven. The sophomore recorded multiple hits in three of the four games in the series, including a four-hit performance in Game 1, where his three-run homer brought the Boilermakers back from an early deficit. White slugged at a 1.000 clip in conference games last week and reached base at a .632 percentage as he was a perfect 3-for-3 on the base paths with a pair of swipes in Game 2. The first baseman remains atop the Big Ten with a .449 overall batting average and a .462 mark in conference games.

Pitcher of the Week
Drew O'Neil, Penn State
P, So., Roswell, Ga./Blessed Trinity
O'Neil factored into two decisions as Penn State took three games from nationally ranked Michigan over the weekend. The sophomore tossed three innings of one-hit, scoreless relief in the second game of the series, striking out three batters as the Nittany Lions rallied in extra innings to give the sophomore a win. In the third game of the four-game set, the right-hander faced the minimum through two innings out of the bullpen, preserving Penn State's 5-3 lead. The save was his eighth of the year, breaking the old school season-single record, which was set in 1998. O'Neil is the fifth different PSU pitcher to receive a weekly conference award this season.
