Purdue Earns Spot in Tournament Championship

No. 1 Purdue defeated No. 2 Indiana, 3-0, on Friday night, earning a spot in the Big Ten Tournament championship. The Boilermakers will play again on Saturday at 7:05 p.m. ET with the chance to win their first conference tournament title. Purdue will face the winner of Saturday afternoon's contest between Indiana and No. 5 Michigan State. RECAP & BOX SCORE

No. 5 Michigan State recorded a 6-2 win over No. 6 Ohio State on Friday, advancing to play on Saturday in the Big Ten Baseball Tournament. The Spartans will face the loser of tonight's Purdue vs. Indiana game at 3:35 p.m. ET. RECAP & BOX SCORE

No. 6 Ohio State defeated No. 4 Nebraska, 6-2 on Friday afternoon, advancing to play Michigan State at 3:35 p.m. ET. Kirby Pellant was 3-for-3 with two triples, two runs scored and an RBI. With the loss, Nebraska was eliminated from the tournament. RECAP & BOX SCORE
