Haluska claims Player of the Week accolades after averaging 25.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game, while leading the Hawkeyes to wins over Michigan and No. 25 Indiana last week. The senior guard notched a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Hawkeyes rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to claim a 69-62 victory at Michigan. Haluska then registered his third 30-plus point performance of the season, scoring 33 against No. 25 Indiana which included five three-pointers and 10-of-11 shooting from the charity stripe. He also added five rebounds and two steals in the 81-75 win over the Hoosiers. Haluska, who currently leads the Big Ten in scoring with 20.5 points per game, earns his third Big Ten weekly accolade as he was also honored on Jan. 30 and Dec. 26, 2006. With the win over No. 25 Indiana, Iowa has now won nine of its last 10 home contests against ranked opponents.
