Wisconsin and Ohio State Earn Weekly Conference Honors

Jon Leuer earns his second weekly award this season after averaging 22.0 points and 9.5 rebounds in Wisconsin's wins over No.11/10 Purdue and Michigan State last week. He scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in a victory against the Boilermakers, marking his fifth-career double-double. He then tallied 20 points with six rebounds in a win over Michigan State, giving him his 10th 20-point game of the season and his 29th consecutive game scoring in double figures. On the week, Leuer went 4-for-9 from three-point range and was a perfect 10-for-10 at the free throw line.

Freshman of the Week
Ohio State's Jared Sullinger helped the Buckeyes remain undefeated at 24-0 overall and 11-0 in conference play, averaging 18.5 points and 14.0 rebounds per game last week in wins over Michigan and No. 18/20 Minnesota. He connected on 50 percent of his shots from the floor (15-of-30) and contributed five assists and three steals in just over 37 minutes a game. The freshman scored 19 points and grabbed 15 rebounds against the Wolverines and added 18 points and 13 boards against the Golden Gophers. This marks Sullinger's 11th Freshman of the Week award.
