Through Monday, the Big Ten will highlight each of the 24 student-athletes nominated for the conference’s Jesse Owens Male and Suzy Favor Female Athlete of the Year Awards. Award winners are voted on by a pre-selected media panel and will be announced live on BTN’s season-ending awards show on Monday at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Draymond Green – Michigan State – Basketball
Green finished his career with the Spartans in dominating fashion, as he was named NABC Division I National Player of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year, Big Ten Tournament Most Outstanding Player, and Big Ten Player of the Week four times. He was also a consensus first-team All-American and named to the Big Ten All-Defensive Team. The senior became the third player in MSU history to tally 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds during his career.
