Purdue sophomore Robbie Hummel garners his second weekly laurel after netting a career-high 25 points against Indiana State to earn his place in the 500-points club. The young forward led the Boilermakers to a pair of victories on the week, averaging 20 points and nine rebounds per game. On his way to surpassing the 500-point plateau Hummel went 13-24 from the floor (.542), 5-10 from three-point range (.500) and 9-10 from the charity stripe (.900). Hummel also had four assists, three steals and a blocked shot in Purdue's two wins over Ball State and Indiana State. The distinction marks the second weekly award for Hummel who was first recognized on February 11, 2008.
