Brown earns Player of the Week after scoring 26 points and a career-high eight assists, while committing no turnovers in MSU's 98-69 victory at UW-Green Bay on Dec. 21. Brown shot 9-of-13 from the field (.692), making a career-best six three-pointers. The Maywood, Ill., native has scored 20 points or more in each of the last three games and currently ranks sixth in the conference with 17.7 points per game. This is the first time in his career that Brown has received the weekly accolade and he joins teammate Paul Davis, who was honored earlier this season on Nov. 28, 2005.
