2010 Big Ten Football Media Guide
August 5, 2010 Welcome to the 2010 college football season! The Big Ten Conference would like to thank those media members who have covered Big Ten football over the years and would like to welcome those new to our conference. This media guide is intended to assist in the media's coverage of Big Ten football. Those needing additional information should contact the Big Ten Communications office. The Big Ten does not produce printed media guides. Prior to the 2009 season, the conference shifted its media guides to online publications. Consequently, we are now able to update records as they happen, thereby creating a living document that evolves with the season. The online portion of the media guide also includes links to current rosters, coaches' bios and statistics which supplement this PDF document. This also allows the conference to contain costs while "going green", saving almost one million pieces of paper. The online football media guide can be accessed on the football page of the conference's website at www.bigten.org.
