Wisconsin 62, Indiana 14: Montee Ball ran for 198 yards and three touchdowns, James White scored on runs of 69 and 50 yards, and Wisconsin set a school rushing record Saturday with 564 yards in a 62-14 rout at Indiana. The Badgers (7-3, 4-2) will now have a chance to claim their third straight Big Ten crown after clinching a spot in the league's title game.
Michigan 38, Northwestern 31 (OT): Michigan needed extra time to beat No. 24 Northwestern as it beat the Wildcats 38-31 in one overtimes on Saturday at Michigan Stadium. After the Wolverines scored on Devin Gardner's one-yard touchdown run to open the first overtime, Northwestern failed to score, getting stopped at the 17 on fourth-and-2.
Purdue 27, Iowa 24: The game between Purdue and Iowa came down to a Paul Griggs' 46-yard field goal as time expired which gave the Boilermakers a 27-24 victory on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium. The Boilermakers' Robert Marve was good for 265 yards during the game, completing 25 of 33 passes.
Nebraska 32, Penn State 23: Penn State fell victim to a furious Cornhuskers comeback, as No. 16 Nebraska pulled out a 32-23 win on Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Things didn't look good for the Cornhuskers when they trailed by 11 points in the second quarter. However, Nebraska eventually battled back to take the lead with 11:34 remaining in the fourth quarter when Taylor Martinez and Jamal Turner combined for a five-yard touchdown.
Minnesota 17, Illinois 3: It wasn't pretty, but Minnesota was good enough in a 17-3 win over Illinois on Saturday. In a battle of sluggish offenses, Minnesota running back Donnell Kirkwood did most of the work, rushing for 152 yards and two touchdowns. Kirkwood's 3-yard run in the third quarter broke a 3-3 tie. He scored on a 12-yard run late in the fourth quarter to clinch the victory, giving his team its fourth straight win at Illinois.
