Michigan's Duff Earns First Golfer of the Week Honor of 2006

MEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Duff led the way in the opening spring tournament with a top-20 finish as he tied for 18th with a 223 (77-73-73) 54-hole total at the UCF/Rio Pinar Intercollegiate. After opening with a five-over-par 77, Duff rebounded to post back-to-back one-over 73s giving him his second top-20 finish of the 2005-06 season. Through the 54-holes, Duff was the overall tournament leader in pars with 41, as he helped Michigan lead overall as a team with 176. The Wolverines finished 13th out of 18 teams, posting a three-round score of 907 (304-304-299).
This is the first career Golfer of the Week award for Duff.
