The Hoosiers took home the first ever Big Ten Match Play crown as they defeated Michigan, 3.5-2.5, in the fourth and final round of competition.  Indiana began the event by downing Purdue with a score of 4.0-2.0, after receiving a first-round bye.  In the third round, the Hoosiers topped 2008 Big Ten Champion Michigan State, 4.0-1.5, advancing to the title match.

The Big Ten Network will air tape-delayed coverage of the event on Sunday, March 1 at 6 p.m. ET.
