Indiana's Brant Peaper reels in Big Ten Men's Golfer of the Week laurels for the first time in his career after earning medalist honors to lead the No. 27 Hoosiers to first place at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate. Peaper recorded a 3-under 213, posting a tournament-high 13 birdies to finish in first by seven strokes. After an even-par 72 in the first round, the sophomore fired a 1-under 71 in the second and a 2-under 70 in the third en route to his first tournament win. Peaper led the way for the Hoosiers, who placed five golfers in the tournament's top 15.
