Men’s Golfer of the Week

Campillo picked up top individual honors as he led Indiana to a 27-stroke triumph at the adidas Hoosier Invitational this past weekend. The All-American posted a season-best three-round score of 203 for a 67.67 average, lowering his season average to 70.46, which stands as second-best all-time in IU annals. With the win, Campillo touts nine career tournament victories which moves him past former Hoosier and current PGA member Jeff Overton for most individual titles in school history. The Caceres, Spain, native brings home is ninth Big Ten Golfer of the Week award, tying him with Overton for most career accolades in conference history.
