BALTIMORE - Illinois continues to lead the 2017 Big Ten Men’s Golf Championships after two rounds at Baltimore Country Club. The Fighting Illini fired a 1-under par 279 on Saturday, and at 12-under par for the tournament, takes a 20-stroke lead into Sunday’s final round. Northwestern and Purdue (+8) are tied for second place, while Wisconsin is 12-over par and in fourth place. Ohio State (+15) sits in fifth place.

The Illini’s Edoardo Lipparelli took over the individual lead at 5-under par after shooting a 4-under 66 on Saturday. Teammate Dylan Meyer is one stroke back and in second place at -4, while Northwestern’s Ryan Lumsden (-2) is in third place and Indiana’s Jake Brown sits in fourth place at 1-under par. Ohio State’s Will Grimmer and Penn State’s Cole Miller are both at even-par for the tournament.

Tee times for Sunday’s final round begin at 8 a.m. ET.
