Big Ten Concludes First Round of NCAA Men's Golf Regionals

Illinois sits atop the leaderboard in the Fayetteville Regional after Day 1 of the NCAA Men's Golf Regionals. The Illini shot a 6-under 282 on the day and lead second-place Texas by three strokes.

Northwestern is tied for seventh in the Baton Rouge Regional after carding a 15-over 303 on Day 1, while Iowa (+11, 299) is tied for 11th in the Tallahassee Regional, and Indiana +19) is 13th in Fayetteville.

Individually, Minnesota's Erik Van Rooyen and Purdue's Adam Schenk are tied for 10th in the Columbus Regional, carding a 1-over 72 on Day 1.
