Sandy placed first in the floor, parallel bars and the high bar en route to winning his fifth career all-around title against Army on Jan. 12. No. 2 Penn State dominated the dual, winning 358.500-333.600 over the No. 12 Black Knights. Sandy also finished fourth in the pommel horse and eighth in the vault. Sandy's scores in the floor exercise, parallel bars and the all-around were the highest in the nation for the season's opening weekend. This is the third weekly honor of Sandy's career.
