Big Ten Gymnast of the Week Sandy claims his second career Big Ten Gymnast of the Week accolade after winning his third all-around title in as many attempts and leading No. 8 Penn State to a road upset over No. 4 Michigan last week. Sandy tallied an all-around mark of 54.000, the nation's highest this season. He also placed first on the pommel horse (9.200), second on the parallel bars (8.300) and the high bar (9.250), while also claiming third-place finishes in the floor exercise (9.000), rings (8.950) and vault (9.300).
