Laury won his second consecutive all-around title, tallying a school record score of 56.05 to lead the Wolverines to a victory over No. 7 Oklahoma last week. He placed in the top six on each of the six events, including a first-place finish on the vault (9.55) and second place performances on the high bar (9.60) and still rings (9.50). Until last Saturday, the Sooners had not lost a regular season match since March 9, 2002. The Wolverines posted a team-high 222.275 to claim their second dual-meet victory of the year. The Marietta, Ga., native earns his second consecutive Conference Gymnast of the Week honor.
