Iowa's Reavis Named Gymast of the Week

Gymnast of the Week Reavis earns Gymnast of the Week laurels after capturing the floor exercise title at the Winter Cup Challenge last week. He tallied a combined two-day score of 30.200 on the floor to claim his second Winter Cup title. Reavis also won the vault in 2003. He closed out the meet with a sixth-place finish in the all-around with a score of 172.300 and was automatically selected to the U.S. National Team. Reavis claims his second Gymnast of the Week accolade, as he was also honored on Jan. 18, 2006.
