Ito earns Big Ten weekly accolades after tallying two first-place finishes against No. 2 Penn State last weekend. The senior tumbler won the parallel bars title with a score of 9.50, while also claiming a 9.55 for first place on the high bar. With the individual wins, Ito registered the highest score on both apparatuses by a Big Ten gymnast in the seventh week of competition. The Huntington Beach, Calif., native claims his third Gymnast of the Week accolade as he was also honored on Feb. 1 and Feb. 22, 2006.
